Amigo is approximately 5 years old.

We were asked to take him on due to the family bringing him in to euthanize him.

It was discovered that he was having seizures. These can be controlled with medication.

Anyway, the family didn't want him anymore and opted to kill him because they didn't want to come home to a dead cat. They were worried he would drown in his water bowl or fall off the cat tree.

We at EBARR don't believe that a cat should be euthanized for a treatable health issue.

So Amigo is here with us for the long term.

He is a beautiful long hair LARGE cat, with a little squeaky voice who immediately starts talking to me when I enter the room. He most definitely deserves to be enjoying life.
