Natalia Serafina was abandoned at a construction site at four months of age.
She has moderate cerebellar hypoplasia which means is that her motor skills are a bit slow.
Walking and balance are not normal. This condition is caused by a lack of development of the brain, there is no treatment.
She would of never survived outside by herself. We are hopeful that one day she will find a forever home but if that day never comes she will forever have a place with EBARR.
